'I am with you always'

I am with you always

Dear Friends

Greetings to you all in this new month and on the day of Trinity Sunday!

Trinity is a difficult subject in the liturgical Calendar to explain with but when we talk about our relationship with Trinity, it brings lots of unspeakable enthusiasm and beautiful realities within us. Even we can dance for His beautiful creative power, His unconditional love and His ever-living presence with us.

Living in lockdown and unprecedented situations, our life situation is a changing situation every day with lots of opportunities and challenges too. Life creates even more connection with God than people before.

Many times the inner being is longing to have more connection with God personally and together in the family. I do not know about your experience! Inevitably this experience differs from one another. But our feelings may be a mixture of certainties and uncertainties. When situations change our behaviours change too. Sometimes we are joyful and sometimes we are in fear.

This month I would like to encourage everyone to hold on to Jesus’ promising verse to His disciples as below:

I am with you always, to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20), which Jesus utters when His disciples had mixed feelings of worshipping Jesus and also had doubts about His presence.

This month, we are celebrating our LTCC’s 48th Anniversary on Sunday, 28th June. Worship Videos will be available for all our Sunday Services. Please invite and introduce our worship Videos to your families and friends. Our worship will connect us with the Lord and strengthen our worshippers to create Unity and love amongst us.

I wish and pray for LTCC to be a great witness locally and globally to strengthen people in their struggle and encourage one another in our spiritual journey to glorify God and His Church!

I encourage you to carry on meeting and supporting one another via Zoom for the Evening Family Prayers and take part in our different Zoom meetings (Prayer Fellowship Groups for families and Bible Study for Youth)

Have a blessed Month!

In His Service

Revd Jessie Anand, Minister, LTCC                                  7th June 2020
